This past Sunday we spent some time with our good friends Patrick and Rachel  and Patrick was gracious enough to take some pictures of our family in the school yard at our church. I am so impressed with these pictures, I feel like Patrick captured our personalities, They are so real! I love them, really really love them!

Comment let me know which ones are your favorite. One of my favorites is with William and Briana together cheek to cheek!

Thank you so much Patrick and Rachel! Patrick watch out, I think William has a little crush on Rachel, he has been asking for her ever since!

Last week I started working for Covance as a recruitment coordinator. My job consist of updating a database and contacting patients who respond to ads about our research studies. It has been hard adjusting to our new family schedule but Chris and I usually adjust to these kinds of changes quickly. This is the first time that Chris and I have worked full time during the day since we have had the kids.  I like the people I will be working with and I will be working with patients as well, so I should stay intrigued for a while.

William had his 3 month check up today with Dr. Boston, the endocrinologist at OHSU, and it went very well. William is growing and just with 3 months of taking the growth hormones he has had quite a little spurt of growth and it looks like there is more of that to come. At the baseline visit William weighed 28 lbs. and 10 oz. and his height was 89.7cm which is 35.3in which is 2.9ft. He is now weighing 29.7lbs. and his height is 3.04 ft., this may not seem like much but for William this is major. Dr. Boston believes he is responding well to the GH shots and expects him to have an even bigger growth spurt by his next appointment in 6 months.

On to me, I went in to work today and filled out some paper work and met the people I will be working directly with and saw where my desk will be. I got a little excited, which is great because I have been feeling really apprehensive about being away from the kids so much. There is a certain sense of pride when you have your own desk, I don’t know why but I always feel like that.

Anyway I am going to start the spaghetti and then go to a PTA meeting. PTA, the thought just makes me laugh.
