Happy New Year!!
To celebrate the ending of an old year and in welcoming a new one, I am sticking with the family tradition of making Black eye peas and hog jowl with collard greens! I can remember many years me and mom making this tasty concoction of yummy goodness. Sipping a bit of champagne and enjoying the late evening with the fam. With the New Year approaching, I thought it would be fun to look back on the goals I had set and see which I have achieved and which I have not.
